Enjoy two days or more the mountains. Our itinerary begins in Denver where we will visit Red Rocks Park and Amphitheater. This area has been label a garden for the angels and Rolling Stones has named it the best venue for musicians in the United States. From Red rocks we will travel west up the mountains and take several majestic mountain passes on our way to our first mountain stop which is Vail. You will take a stroll through Vail village and enjoy a lunch there. There are many mountain activities to do in Vail such as hiking, biking, taking a Gondola Ride to the top of the mountain and then doing a tour on a 4 by 4 vehicle. A hike around the Betty Ford Alpine Gardens or the Vail Recreation Park next to the river offers some beautiful scenery. On Sundays there is an excellent farmers market that not only offers great food but has many vendors that sell clothing as well as art.
From there we will drive to Glenwood Springs and go through the historic Glenwood Springs canyon we will spend the night in Glenwood Springs and I highly recommend taking in some of the hotsprings that are scattered throughout the area. After spending the night in Glenwood Springs we will drive to Aspen Colorado. In Aspen I highly recommend a visit to the world famous Maroon Bells and after spending the majority of the day in Aspen we would take the magnificent views of the mountain ranges from the Independence pass. The cost of the two days is $1350.00.
